Le Castelet is an ancient 'bastide provençale', with walls said to be vestiges from the Roman period. Le Castelet is situated on the hills overlooking the valleys of Sophia Antipolis and the mountains of the Esterel.

At Le Castelet we arrange workshops, seminars, dinners and simple 'get-togethers'. Flanked by olive and cypress trees, we relax on the terrace beside the pool. Our chef, Marie Bernard, prepares authentic provençal dishes accompanied by wine which is produced on the property. And, if someone would like to blend his/her shiraz from merlot, paint an aquarelle à la Cezanne or be taught how to make a bouillabaisse from a real chef - of course, this can be arranged too.

Le Castelet is, of course, fully equipped with A/V systems, video, overhead projectors, screens, computers, copiers, printers, faxes and wireless LAN for those who wish to connect their portables to the outer world.
