The Knowledge Center is housed in an ancient "mas provençal", with walls said to be vestiges from the time of the RomansÉ Le Castelet is situated on the hills overlooking the valleys of Sophia Antipolis, Grasse and the mountains of the Esterel. At Le Castelet we arrange workshops, seminars, dinners and simple "get-togethers". Flanked by olive and cypress trees, we relax on the terrace beside the pool. Our cuisinière, Marie Bernard, prepares authentic provençal dishes accompanied by wine which is produced on the property. Le Castelet is, of course, fully equipped with A/V systems, video, overhead projectors, screens, computers, copiers, printers, faxes and wireless LAN for those who do want to connect their portables to the outer world...
